DAY TREATMENT ADULTS (DTA)
This service provides training
supervision, therapeutic activities, and as appropriate, counseling, to promote skill development in independent living, self-care, communication and social relationships
Our Adult Program
Program is geared to members 18 years old and older and provides specialized sensory-motor, cognitive, communicative, social interaction and behavioral training. We have cultivated this service for the member to increase or maintain his/her self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills to reside independently and participate successfully in the community.
Nonemergency Transportation
This service provides or assists in obtaining transportation, but does not include ambulance services.
We are insured to transport patients to and from non emergency medical appointments.
DAY TREATMENT CHILDREN (DTT)
This service provides training
supervision, therapeutic activities, and as appropriate, counseling, to promote skill development in independent living, self-care, communication and social relationships.
Our After School Program
is designed to provide training after school and during school breaks; during these periods we provide specialized sensory-motor, cognitive, communicative and social interactions, and behavioral training.
DAY TREATMENT SUMMER (DTS)
This service provides training
supervision, therapeutic activities, and as appropriate, counseling, to promote skill development in independent living, self-care, communication and social relationships
Our summer program
each year begins on June 1st and ends on August 31st. We provide members with opportunities to continue their growth while school is out for the summer. This program continues to enforce lessons learned during the school year. These lessons are integrated with community outings and social development. This program provides specialized training in the following areas: Sensory-Motor Skills Cognition
Communicative and Social Interaction Behavioral Skills
HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES (HCBS)
This unique service provides
personal training and supervision scheduled for the member in his or her home on an as-needed basis, or we can train you to provide services in your own home. This service includes Habilitation, Attendant Care, and Respite and is designed to increase or maintain the member’s self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills to reside and participate successfully in his/her own home and the community at large.
Attendant Care
This service provides a certified and trained attendant to assist a person to attain or maintain safe and sanitary living conditions and/or maintain personal cleanliness and activities of daily living.
Habilitation
This service uses a variety of methods designed to maximize the person’s abilities. It may include habilitative therapies, special developmental skill instruction, behavior intervention or sensory-motor development. It may occur at the person’s home, a community setting or in a residential setting.
Respite
This service provides a certified and trained person to supervise and care for a person in order to relieve parents or caregivers so they can go to a movie, out to dinner, take a vacation or even a nap. Respite may be provided overnight.
ADULT DEVELOPMENTAL HOME (ADH)
An Adult Developmental Home provides
support to an adult with developmental disabilities who cannot live with his or her own family. These adults are placed by the Arizona Department of Economic Security’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) along with strong family involvement to ensure that the adult is receiving the specialized care he or she needs. Adults placed by DDD are usually long term because there is typically a need for a permanent home.
The Adult Developmental Home program
specifically places adults, ages18 and older that have been diagnosed with a developmental disability. Some of the developmental disabilities adults may have may include but are not limited to Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Epilepsy. An Adult Developmental Home may provide support for up to three adults that have a developmental disability.
CHILD DEVELOPMENTAL HOME (CDH)
A Child Developmental Home provides
parenting to a child with developmental disabilities who cannot live with his or her own family. These children are placed by the Arizona Department of Economic Security’s Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). Children placed by DDD can be temporary or long term. The case plan for many of these children is reunification with their biological family or adoption.
The Child Developmental Home program
specifically places children, ages 0 to 18 years of age that have been diagnosed with a developmental disability. Some of the developmental disabilities children may have may include but are not limited to Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Epilepsy. A Child Developmental Home may provide support for up to three children that have a developmental disability.
